Terms and conditions.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern all interactions between customers and Devarda.ink, including inquiries, bookings, tattoo sessions, consultations, and use of the websitedevardaink.com. By using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Devarda.ink reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with reasonable notice via the site or direct communication. Changes take effect from the date of announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility and Minimum Age

Devarda.ink services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of the appointment. Proof of identity may be requested before the tattoo session begins.

Devarda.ink reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide proof of age or who is deemed not to meet applicable health eligibility requirements.

3. Booking Process

Booking an appointment at Devarda.ink is done through an inquiry process first. An inquiry is not an automatic reservation. The Devarda.ink team will assess project eligibility, discuss details, and provide availability information before the appointment is confirmed.

3.1 Inquiry

Every project begins with an inquiry that includes: a description of the design or idea, desired placement, approximate size, and visual references if available. We use this information to assess whether the project matches the studio's expertise and capacity.

3.2 Deposit

After the project is confirmed by Devarda.ink, a deposit is required to secure the appointment. The deposit is part of the total tattoo cost and is not refunded if the appointment is cancelled by the customer.

The deposit is between the customer and the studio. Without a deposit, the appointment is not guaranteed and the date may be given to another customer.

3.3 Confirmation

An appointment is considered confirmed when:

• The deposit has been paid and received.
• The customer has read and agreed to the tattoo consent form.
• The customer has completed the health form.

4. Tattoo Consent

Every customer is required to sign a tattoo consent form before the session begins. This form includes acknowledgment of:

• Identity and minimum age of 18 years.
• Relevant health conditions, including allergies, blood disorders, and skin conditions.
• Not being pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Not being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Devarda.ink reserves the right to postpone or cancel a session if there are indications that the customer is not in adequate condition to receive tattoo services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Original Designs

All tattoo designs created by Devarda.ink artists are original works protected by copyright. By agreeing to this service, the customer acknowledges that such designs are the intellectual property of Devarda.ink.

5.2 Design Usage

Customers may use their tattoos for personal use. Devarda.ink reserves the right to display photos of completed tattoos in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless the customer explicitly declines in the consent form.

5.3 Reproduction

Customers are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or sell tattoo designs created by Devarda.ink without explicit written consent.

5.4 Photo Release

Photos of completed tattoos may be used by Devarda.ink for:

• Devarda.ink website and social media portfolios.
• Promotional and marketing materials.
• Editorial publications and press.

Customers may decline photo usage in the consent form. Declining does not affect service quality or tattoo results.

6. Payment

6.1 Currency

All transactions at Devarda.ink use Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices listed on the site are estimates and may change based on project complexity and scale.

6.2 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Detailed payment information will be provided after the appointment is confirmed.

6.3 Final Payment

Final payment for tattoo services is due before or at the completion of the tattoo session. Devarda.ink reserves the right not to release final photos or continue full aftercare before final payment is received.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

7.1 Cancellation by Customer

If the customer cancels the appointment:

• More than 7 days before the appointment: Deposit is not refunded, but may be transferred to a replacement appointment within 30 days.
• 3–7 days before the appointment: Deposit is not refunded and cannot be transferred.
• Less than 3 days or no-show: Deposit is not refunded. A new appointment requires a new deposit.

7.2 Cancellation by Devarda.ink

Devarda.ink reserves the right to cancel an appointment in cases of force majeure or when the customer's condition does not permit the tattoo session to begin. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a replacement date at the customer's choice.

7.3 Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be done with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the appointment. Rescheduling within 7 days requires studio approval and may incur an administrative fee.

8. Refund Policy

Tattoo services are permanent and tattoo results cannot be returned to their original state. Therefore, deposits are non-refundable once paid, except in the circumstances listed below.

8.1 Deposit Refunds

• Devarda.ink cancels for internal studio reasons: deposit is refunded in full.
• Force majeure preventing both parties: deposit is refunded in full.
• Customer cancels more than 7 days in advance and has informed in writing: deposit may be transferred to a replacement appointment (not refunded).

8.2 Additional Sessions

If additional sessions are required for reasons beyond the customer's control — for example, Devarda.ink determines an additional session is needed to complete the design — the cost of the additional session will be communicated in advance before the additional session is scheduled.

9. Liability and Limitations

9.1 Tattoo Results

Tattooing is a permanent art form influenced by many factors including skin type, placement location, body reactions, healing process, and aftercare. Devarda.ink will strive to achieve the best results according to the agreed design, but cannot guarantee results identical to reference images or unrealistic expectations.

9.2 Aftercare

Devarda.ink provides aftercare guidelines with every tattoo. The customer is fully responsible for following the aftercare guidelines. Tattoo results damaged due to non-compliance with aftercare are not the responsibility of Devarda.ink.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

Devarda.ink is not liable for:

• Customer skin conditions not disclosed, including unanticipated allergic reactions.
• Damage to tattoo results due to inadequate aftercare.
• Results altered by external factors such as excessive sun exposure or medical conditions.
• Loss or damage to customer's personal belongings.
• Disruption or delay due to circumstances beyond Devarda.ink's control.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with Devarda.ink services will first be resolved through deliberation to reach consensus. If deliberation does not reach an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to an arbitration body or competent court in Bali, Indonesia.
